Matt Eurich


As President of Wineman Technology, Matt focuses his efforts on driving organizational objectives, increasing business growth, and maximizing market penetration in the test systems integration business. Besides overseeing daily administrative operations and a staff of 50 individuals, he also builds valuable industry partnerships and manages corporate marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness. He has been involved in a wide variety of custom project designs for Wineman Technology’s diverse clientele, such as automotive, aerospace, consumer products, telecommunications, industrial, and off-road equipment.

Previously at Wineman Technology, Matt served as Vice President of Engineering, where he managed all aspects of the engineering department, implemented strategic growth plans with the sales team, and implemented corporate-wide safety programs. Before that role, he started at the company as Test Group Manager and was responsible for defining the company’s core areas of expertise, developing accurate quoting systems, and recruiting engineering and sales talent.

Prior to joining Wineman Technology, Matt spent the first half of his career at Datappli Inc. as a Project Engineer, Project Manager, and eventually Vice President of Operations and Engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Michigan Technological University. With more than 25 years of experience in the field of test automation and engineering management, Matt has participated in every aspect of test system development including system assembly, LabVIEW programming, electrical design, project management, sales, marketing and corporate management.

Matt is a founding member of the board of directors for the Aerospace Industry Association of Michigan (AIAM) – a non-profit industry organization that works to strengthen the continued growth of the aerospace industry in Michigan. For the past several years, he has also enjoyed being a FIRST Robotics Mentor, where he provides leadership and technical assistance to high school students competing in an annual worldwide robotics competition. His hobbies include skiing, snowmobiling, boating, and home remodeling.
