Production Compressor Test System
The Production Compressor Test System is designed to test commercial compressors for air conditioning systems.
The system includes three integrated stations connected via a conveyor system. The first station is a proof pressure station allowing for rapid pressurization up to 1500 PSI. The second station is a helium leak station that verifies the compressors leak rate to less than two ounces/year. The third station performs a complete functional end of line performance test.
