Motor Life Cycle/Durability

By integrating National Instruments and other third party hardware into a custom environmental chamber, we provide an automated Motor Life Cycle/Durability Test System to validate the integrity of AC motor coils during prolonged exposure to high temperatures and humidity, including timed applications of mildly corrosive fluids.

Our INERTIA™ test automation software allows flexible sequenced tests to be created, saved, executed, and monitored, individual coil integrity throughout the test for proper resistance, conductivity, and possible loss of insulation integrity using HI-POT validation. Up to 24 samples can be tested at once.
