RIO-100

The RIO-100 is a high-speed PID Controller and part of the RIO 1200 series. It utilizes the latest FPGA and LabVIEW™ Real-Time technology from National Instruments to provide up to 4 axis of 40kHz PID control in a compact and rugged package.

The 100 series controllers are cost effective control solutions for high-speed applications including:

Servo-hydraulic linear actuators
Hydraulic rotary actuators
Electric and hydraulic dynamometers
Machine control

Features include:

40 kHz digital PIDF control
16-bit, +/- 10V simultaneous sampled analog inputs and outputs
Control enable and disable inputs
Built-in dither generators
Simple web-based configuration and tuning interface
