WTI’s valve test systems provide advanced testing capability in a cost effective package.

Our valve test systems utilize PLCs and high-accuracy, LabVIEW™ based data acquisition and control systems for a high-performance test system that can offer features ranging from basic valve go/no-go testing to advanced valve performance analysis.

Our valve test systems feature:

Wide range of valve configurations: single valve to valve manifolds with 10+ sections
Low and high flow capabilities in excess of 75 gpm
Low and high pressure capabilities in excess of 5,000 psi
Standard analysis capabilities including rated flow, flow versus position, leakage, and proof pressure
Hot and cold testing with chiller and chamber integration
Support for various oils (ATF, Phosphate Ester based, red oils, etc.)
Advanced analysis capabilities including hysteresis, linearity, and threshold
Flexible testing modes from fully automated production test to manual diagnostic testing
Automated report generation and database integration
