Transmission Component Inspection Systems

The WTI Tranmission Component Inspection System is a tTurnkey production system that inspects machined transmission components utilizing a Sharp vision system for inspection of through hole and an LVDT for part dimensioning.

The part enters the inspection area on a continuous feed conveyor. The parts are cycled through the inspection system in 750ms. Once inspected, the part is either passed through to the receiving conveyor or ejected into a reject bin points.
