The End of Line Power Unit Test Stand is a fully automatic test stand used to perform pressure decay leak tests, chip flush, relief adjustment, and function tests on automotive hydraulic power units.

- Dual station system splitting air tests from oil tests
- Custom hydraulic manifold designed for flush and function test to simplify simple plumbing
- Function test sequence editor provided to customer for test customization
- Pump performance verified by monitoring pressure, flow, and current draw
- Test data saved using MySQL database
- Automatic relief valve setting
- Oil temperature controlled using cartridge heater and air/oil heat exchanger through a filtered kidney loop
