established WTI as a Value Added Reseller (VAR) and or
distributor, giving us access to the highest levels of technical
support and the ability to assemble custom vision systems utilizing
the best available products for each and every application.
Through previous vision
integration projects, WTI’s engineers have demonstrated a
solid understanding of the requirements involved in the design,
development, and implementation of vision inspection equipment. Our
staff of experienced engineers is available to provide consulting
services, hardware, software development, feasibility studies, and
complete systems to meet your requirements. In addition, our
mechanical and controls engineering departments can provide the
required expertise to modify existing equipment, design a turnkey
stand alone system, or design a piece of equipment that can be
integrated into your existing equipment.
WTI's application
engineers are available to come to your facility with the tools
necessary to evaluate your specific requirements, whether in the lab
or on a machine. In most cases, we will be able to develop a
simple software application to demonstrate on-site, the proper
equipment for your application through the acquisition and analysis
of the acquired images. In instances where the complexity of the
inspection requires additional products or time, we can complete the
evaluation at our facility or utilize the additional resources of
our partners.
