WTI is a designer and builder of custom equipment with a specialization in test equipment. Through our experience in developing systems for use in high volume production applications, we understand that the weak link in any test system is the connection between the tester and the device under test. 

Many companies try using the mating production connector in an effort to reduce system costs.  However, these devices are not designed for frequent and repeated insertions and extractions, and can result in line shut downs and false failures that far exceed the cost of implementing production connectors.  As such, WTI, has developed the necessary in-house expertise to design and build hardened connectors, specifically for high-volume applications.  Our connectors are designed to be serviceable, enabling our customers to easily replace worn pogo pins or service the electrical wiring. 

Each connector is designed based on the specific electrical requirements of the application.  Depending on the specific requirements, we can incorporate high current carrying beryllium-coated blades, silver or gold-plated pogo pins or any other type of connecting component required.
